APPLICATION QUALIFICATIONS

•All applications are subject to a $30 Fee for any person 18 years and older living in the unit. This fee allows us to process all necessary reports including a CBI and credit report, as well as, eviction, employment, and rental verifications.

•Applicant(s) must earn 2 ½ times the amount of rent/month.

•Applicant(s) must provide a minimum one year landlord reference.

•Applicant(s) must provide minimum one year employment verification.

•Applicant(s) are subject to a Criminal Background and Credit check.

•Applications are not accepted from any person with a prior eviction.
