The complex was originally purchased in 2005 and has since been fully renovated. The exterior and interior are a contemporary style with new light fixtures, paint, and carpet. Upgrades in units and throughout the property are constantly in monitored. Just recently the parking lot was resurfaced and a privacy wall was built along the north side of the property. There are a wide range of amenities offered at Belmont Manor, beginning with our Clubhouse where residents can workout in our state of the art fitness Center and unwind in our sauna or steam room. During the summer months residents can take a leisurely swim in our gated outdoor swimming pool. Beside the pool are a number of barbecue grills and a delightful gazebo. Lastly, for the convenience of our residence, we offer on site security and on call maintenance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
